RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

All returns must be requested online, and when approved a return number will be provided. This number must be included as a reference at the time of postage.

 

  1. Place the item securely in a padded envelope  

  2. Write your return number on your return label

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
